The Systems Engineering Test and Evaluation (SETE) Conference   This event is organized by Systems Engineering Society of Australia (the Australian INCOSE chapter). It's held in Melbourne from September 22 to September 25. Tim Carter, Romain Horcada and Stéphane Lacrampe, during the SETE conference are presenting a tutorial about Arcadia and Capella Discovery: Explore the fundamentals of the Arcadia Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) method and gain hands-on experience with Capella MBSE Tool, a tool used by over 1,000 organizations globally. This interactive session provides with a robust understanding of Arcadia's approach to deriving system architectures and practical skills in using Capella to model them. This tutorial is designed for systems engineers with no prior modeling experience. It aims to equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to apply MBSE tools in their projects.   ...

Where the Australian Capella Community Meets   This in-person event is a unique opportunity for Capella users and enthusiasts to gather, exchange ideas, and share their experiences.  This first edition was held at the International Chamber House of Melbourne, the 25th of June 2024. It was such an incredible opportunity to share experiences within the Capella Community and to have the honor of attending a great presentation full of insights :  Romain Horcada (Obeo) made an introduction to Capella, Tim Carter (KBR) presented a talk name "How-to Model a Logical Architecture with Capella".  ...
Jeudi 19 mai 2022 5:00 PM CET / 11:00 PM EST (Webinaire en anglais)  E/E systems and cyber-physical systems are carrying out more and more advanced and safety critical features in many domains such as transport, energy, industry, farming, medical, etc. Therefore, during last few years, to manage the development of those complex systems, companies have moved from a document-based approach to a model-based approach associated with very specific tools. However, system and safety engineering, and some other related engineering domains like cybersecurity for instance, are still too often conducted independently, whereas safety and system attributes are largely interdependent. There is a need to foster greater collaboration between these disciplines to avoid errors and also to maintain time-to-market. That's why since several years, ALL4TEC, with its safety analysis tool Safety Architect, has been working to connect its tool with system solutions to couple MBSE and MBSA. The goa...
